1. The Buccama Resort, which currently employs 400 Vincentians on its construction. It will add 800 quality hotel rooms to SVG: It will employ 1,200 Vincentians permanently. It is estimated to cost EC$450 million.
2. Hotel construction on Bequia at Friendship and Adams Bay.
3. The continued expansion of the Developed Area in Canouan with the building of luxury villas.
4. The rebuilding of Anchorage on Union Island, which along with the Palm Island Resorts will boast over 100 quality resort rooms. Both are under the same ownership.
5. The joint venture between the Canouan Developers and the Government for a top-end Marina and property development on the Southern end of Canouan. Construction is to start on this EC$600 million project.
6. Planned development by investors as follows:
(i) Mt. Wynne-Peters Hope (EC$600 million):
(ii) Bambareaux (EC$175 million)
(iii) Quatre Isle (EC$600 million)
(iv) Balliceaux and Batawia (EC$1 billion); and
(v) Petit Mustique and Plantation House, Bequia (EC$1 billion)
